1. The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason and without due compensation or penalty, by informing the trader at e-mail info@kamin.bg and return the received commodity. In the denial notification, the client must indicate a bank account at which the price of the product is refunded.
2. The right of withdrawal is excluded if the product has broken packaging or broken labels.
3. The return of the goods shall be made on behalf of the Customer.
FIn the event that the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal and returns the goods received, the Merchant is obliged within 10 working days from the day when he receives the returned goods to refund to the Customer the price of the goods paid by the latter, excluding the cost of the goods on delivery.
The return of the goods shall be made at the bank account specified by the customer in the notification.
